Steve founded Z57 in 1998 with a dream to build a world class company. Steve's vision has become reality, as Z57 has consistently been ranked one of the fastest growing companies in San Diego and also made the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list 2 years in a row. His primary focus has been and remains "to build a great company and to create opportunities for our people."

Weber's business background spans several industries and over 25 years. Steve is the driving force and the spirit of Z57. His constant example of high energy and positive thinking keep everyone at Z57 inspired and motivated, and he makes sure we all have fun too!

Ryan joined Z57 in 2004 after 20 successful years of business and financial management in the technology field. As COO, he is responsible for all aspects of business management, product and technology development, and the financial functions. Ryan has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Z57 through sound financial management and profitable business development.

Ryan insists on fiscal responsibility and he is a huge reason that we have been able to not only grow tremendously over the past several years, but to do so profitably. We need to be careful with Ryan because if you tell him you'll have something done in two weeks his first question will be "How about next week?".

Bill came to Z57 in October of 2007 as Director of Sales and immediately had a positive impact on the entire organization. Bill joined us after having spent several years as Director of Business Development and Sales Manager for one of our top competitors. Yes, even our competitors want to work for us!

Bill takes great pride in sharing his expertise with his sales team as he helps Z57 build our world class sales force. His energy and positive attitude are contagious. And, of course, every time his beloved Florida Gators win another championship he never fails to remind all of us.

Karin has been with Z57 since 2004, having joined us as a Project Manager. Karin has been in the Internet industry for over ten years and she knows the ins and outs of what it takes to make an internet company successful. This experience has proved very valuable to Z57.

Karin has moved up the ranks quickly and as Director of Business Operations is now responsible for making sure every aspect of our business runs smoothly and efficiently. Her job is to make sure we do things better and that we are constantly improving our systems and processes.

Jeff "Flash" Gordon was one of the first employees at Z57 after Steve founded the company. Jeff started writing software for us in early 1999 while still in college at San Diego State, and has been with us ever since.

When Jeff started with us in college, he was so young that he rode his bike to work. Now, as the Director of Technology, Jeff manages all aspects of software development and infrastructure development and maintenance. He is responsible for all of the leading edge technology that we offer our clients and all of the new software that we are constantly developing. You've come a long way, Flash!

Leanne joined Z57 in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of HR management. Leanne brings us over 10 years of experience in Human Resources including working for the past three years with Paychex, as well as working in similar roles in the financial and healthcare industries. She holds an MBA from Cal-State San Marcos as well as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification.

Beyond her role as in HR, Leanne is also our CFO (Chief Fun Officer), responsible for making sure the company adheres to Core Value Number 4 - "We Have Fun." With Leanne's guidance there are always fun activities going on in the office as well as many events outside of work, making sure we not only work together but also play together.
