When he started Z57® in 1998, Steve Weber's vision was to build the company into an Internet world leader by creating opportunities for clients, employees and vendors. Today Z57®, Inc. is the realization of that vision. Weber has led Z57® from a small $2000 start up to a multimillion national real estate Internet marketing company, employing over 200 people in San Diego, California. He has accomplished this by building the infrastructure to support the company's tremendous growth. Weber has assembled a cohesive, unified management team and defined a unique corporate culture that has fueled Z57®'s rise in the marketplace.

Weber's business background is diverse, having worked with three $100 million corporations. In 1996 Weber joined the Internet industry as a key player in the early growth of Collegeclub.com. He oversaw the commercial website division and spearheaded revenue growth of over 700% in one year. It was during this time at Collegeclub.com that he recognized the need for the specialized Internet marketing services that Z57® offers today.

Prior to working with Collegeclub.com, Weber launched a new division for Andataco, Inc. (now nStor Technologies), a leader in the data storage marketplace.
