Z57Adopts San Diego Family for the HolidaysThe innovative web site design firm Z57.com has found a creative way to share their holiday spirit of giving with a San Diego family. The Health and Human Services Agency referred the family to Z57.com. When the company learned of the needs and wishes of a family of 9 living with another family of 5 in a 2-bedroom home, instead of just dropping off gifts and food to a center for delivery to the family, Z57 wanted to be more involved on a personal basis. They have included all of their employees in the holiday family adoption program. Between December 14 and December 21, five to eight different Z57 employees are making daily trips to spend time and be with the family. The first visit included bringing a Christmas tree and joining with the family in the decorating. The other days will include bringing out gifts and food while spending time celebrating and playing with the 10 children. "At Z57 we know the value of giving back to the community every day of the year, but at Christmas our hearts especially go out to all of our neighbors. Seeing the lights and appreciation in the eyes of the children makes it all so very worthwhile," states co-founder Dave Baird. The firm will make this an annual tradition. Z57.com employs 65 and is located at 8445 Camino Santa Fe in San Diego. The firm is a full service Internet resource for small businesses and the real estate and insurance agents markets. It specializes in the following Web services: domain name registration, web site design, web hosting, maintenance and upgrades. Z57.com serves their accounts with Internet training, technical support, marketing and consulting. |
