SAN DIEGO - 12 October 2002 Z57's Vice President of Marketing, Tim Johnson, was a featured speaker at the California REALTOR� EXPO held October 8-10, 2002. The state's largest real estate trade show was held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach. The 3-day conference draws thousands of California's key executives, top producers, and movers and shakers every year for educational, networking and professional development opportunities. "Your Portal to Success" was the theme.

Johnson was invited to take part in a special pre-EXPO event called Technology Tuesday. The CAR EXPO set aside a full day of comprehensive training geared toward assisting today's REALTOR� to stay on the cutting edge of real estate technology. Johnson presented at the morning session "Technology at Work: Real Solutions in Today's Market." His focus was on how real estate professionals can integrate the Internet into their conventional farming methods to dramatically increase their return on investment. In addition Johnson spoke of the necessity of agents and brokers to promote their web sites as a resource for local services and relevant community information.
