Z57, Inc. Announces New Board Members

SAN DIEGO - 30 March 2004 The San Diego-based real estate web marketing firm, Z57, Inc., announced today the appointment of Ryan Whitlock, Amy Tomchak and Don Gerould to the Board of Directors.

Whitlock brings a wealth of finance management experience to the board team. His background includes serving as Director of Finance for Megahertz and Iomega's Zip Division to name a few. He has assisted in initial public offerings and directed the $3 billion merger between USRobotics and 3Com. Whitlock received an MBA from Westminster College.

Tomchak contributes a broad base of experience in the operations and human resource arena. She has served as a senior-level manager in a number of highly successful companies. Areas of expertise include: strategic development, investor relations, restructuring, P & L management, budget processes, consolidation of operations as well as company-wide priorities and performance metrics. She is a partner in Cogent Productivity, a management services firm. Tomchak earned her MA from Southern Oregon University.

Gerould provides expertise in the areas of strategic planning, sales, operations, customer service, product development, marketing, recruiting and training. He has worked with front-line staff to CEOs-dramatically improving performance in start-ups as well as billion dollar public corporations. He is a partner in Cogent Productivity, a management services firm. Gerould received a BA from California State University, Sacramento.
