Customer Service Representative
Account Manager:
You like to smile, don't ya? That's the job of our Account Managers. To make (and keep) our clients happy. Z57 Account Managers work with our clients, both new and old. Your main focus will be working with our existing client base cultivating their relationship with Z57.com. From this you will build a relationship of trust, leading to client retention, referrals, and add-on sales. Responsibilities include problem solving, giving marketing training, offering upgrades to their site, general customer service, and add on sales. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong working knowledge of the Internet are required. A sales background is a plus.
