The next step beyond just giving out and writing down your web address everywhere is making it more noticeable. After all, not everyone who would use your site is looking for your web address, and if people do not know that you have a web site, how are they going to get there? Here are some helpful hints in making your web address more noticeable:

Your web address is not case sensitive and doing this makes
your web address more readable and, therefore, more
      memorable.

      Examine the difference -

      www.MyProductsAndServices.com
      www.myproductsandservices.com

Also, if you have something other than .com, you may want to
      capitalize that.

      (i.e. www.MyBusiness.NET or www.MyBusiness.ORG)

... if you can. Look at how much the colored headers on this
page stick out from the white text. When you don't have color
in an add, bold the web address, make it larger, shadow or
      make a graphic image.

... if possible. People read left to right and top to bottom, so
anytime you can do this, your web address becomes more
noticeable (especially when many people don't read the whole
advertisement for things like letterhead, fax coversheets, mailers,
      flyers, etc.).

Hand out business cards and point to web address

Tell them to write it down and give them a reason to visit it...
