Promise low - deliver high. Exceeding expectations is what success is all about. The bottom line is that if our clients' expectations aren't met, then they aren't satisfied with our performance. We know that the key to having "raving fans" is to exceed their expectations. Our goal is to be our clients' long-term Internet partner. If we exceed expectations, we will retain our clients for the long term, and have a continuous stream of repeat and referral business.
