Web
Site Design Firm -- Z57.com Announces Growth and Expansion
On
December 14, 2000, Z57.com will start its 3rd year in business with
growth stats to support that this dot com is here to stay.
SAN
DIEGO -- Z57.com is proud to announce that in two years, the company has
grown from the two co-founders, Steve Weber and David Baird, to 65
employees. From an initial $2000 self-funded investment to projected
revenue of $2.5 million for 2000 - with projected revenue for the year
2001 set at $5 million. The growth of this profitable Internet service
firm from designing web sites for three local San Diego clients to their
current client base of over 3,500 in all 50 states has been fueled by
the firm's innovative scalable web site design systems and knowledgeable
sales force. The company began in a 400 square foot office and this past
summer completed its fourth office space expansion to 9000 square feet.
President Steve Weber states, "It is exciting being a part
of an industry that is changing the way the world communicates
and does business. However, it is even more exciting to think
that it is just beginning." Z57.com's primary target market
is small business combined with the vertical niche real estate
and insurance agent markets. The web site product design and
the sales approach is customer friendly and affordable.
With over 25 U.S. million small businesses, (and less than 40%
with a web site according to Prodigy.com 2000), Z57.com has
designed an instructive development approach for the many business
owners who have little Internet knowledge. They need domain name
registration, web hosting, e-commerce solutions, and a web site
that can be easily upgraded when they are ready to. Through a sales
/ consultation process, a Z57.com associate walks a prospective
customer through the process of developing their web site. This
one-on-one direct approach is appealing to technology-overloaded
business owners.
"Like any other business, small companies want to use the
Internet to become more successful, but don't know how, or
can't afford it. This gives high tech firms a significant
opportunity to become an 'Internet partner' and facilitate
small companies' transition to bricks and clicks," states
Kneko Burney, Director of Cahners In-Stat Group's Marketing
and Computing Services (excerpted from "11+ Million Small
Companies Present High-Tech Vendors with Monumental Market
Opportunities" press release, March 6, 2000.) It has been
Z57.com's combination of this consultative formula with management,
sales, creative and administrative systems that has led the
firm to maintain and exceed its growth projections over the
two-year time period. As other dot coms dissolve and small
independent web designers go out of business, Z57.com's continued
profitability from day one and reputation for credibility
and stability is what sets this firm apart.
Z57.com employs 65 and is located at 8445 Camino Santa Fe,
Suite 215 in San Diego. The firm is a full service Internet
resource for small businesses and the real estate and insurance
agents markets. It specializes in the following Web services:
domain name registration, web site design, web hosting, maintenance
and upgrades. Z57.com serves their accounts with Internet
training, technical support, marketing and consulting. The
firm is a member of the Better Business Bureau Online.
