Croll started his sales & business management career in 1990. While a student attending California State University, Long Beach, he was a National Top 10 Student Sales Representative with Vector Marketing Corporation. Croll received his Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications.

1992-96 As a District Sales Manager for Vector Marketing Corporation, Croll developed and managed the Long Beach District office consistently finishing as one of the Top 5 producing International sales offices annually.

1996-97 Croll created the Vector Southland Division and was promoted to Division Sales Manager directing the sales efforts throughout the Newport Beach, Fullerton, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Cerritos, Redondo Beach and Santa Monica areas.

1999 Hired by Steve Weber and David Baird as the Z57.com Special Projects Manager, Croll assisted with R&D, management training programs, and the creation of scalable systems for company growth.

2000 Promoted to VP of Operations and Board of Directors member.

2001 Launched the 1st Z57.com Satellite Sales Office. Promoted to VP of the Real Estate Web Site Sales Division.
