Step 1:
Log into your Marketing Control Center (MCC), hover your mouse over the “Leads” button located at the top of the page. In the sub-navigation menu, hover over “More” and click “Import Leads” in the drop down menu.

Step 2:
Click “Browse”  (or Choose File) and navigate to the CSV file of contacts. This file is produced when you export leads from any contact manager or email program. 

Open the CSV before importing; For each first and last name that are blank, use “Valued” and “Client” for these fields respectively.

Step 3:
In the Information area, confirm the column number matches the data type. For example, if the email address is in fourth column, change the Email to “Column 4”.

Step 4:
For the Reason field type in “because you are my valued client.”

If any of the 4 columns are blank, the file will not import properly.

Step 5:
Check in the box adding the leads to a Group, or check “Create New” and type in a Group name.

Step 6:
Click “Import Preview”.

Step 7:
This screen confirms again that the data matches the column name. Only three rows will show.

Step 8:
Click “Finish Import.”
