I have been so overwhelmed with contacts from the BuyerLink™ program, I have had to work out a relationship with a fellow REALTOR® to take the overflow, and I am just on the $250/month program! As a sole practitioner, I'm not sure I could handle any more! So far, leads from the BuyerLink™ program account for half of my income this year, and as I learn how to respond better to Internet buyer/seller's needs, I am sure it will increase. Vicki's suggestion for me to try BuyerLink™ was (and is) a 10! I have one home in escrow and am looking for another for the same buyer. They are going to bring some friends over from the Bay Area as well to look at property. I am working with another couple to find a home, and a young man that wants an investment property.
