As President, Don Gerould provides Z57® with broad expertise in multiple areas, including, but not limited to: strategic planning, sales, customer service, product development, marketing, recruiting and training. His marked ability to see "the forest for the trees" is a valuable asset for the continued growth of Z57®. Gerould recognizes the importance of fostering goodwill and establishing mutually beneficial alliances. His focus is on dramatically improving the performance of all Z57® departments and team members.

In his 20 year career, Gerould has worked with businesses ranging from small start-ups to billion dollar public corporations, including running his own successful business for more than nine years. Prior to joining Z57's executive team in November 2006, Gerould was Founder and Partner of Cogent Exit Strategies (cogentexit.com), an exit planning firm for middle-market companies. Preceding Cogent, he served as Vice President of Sales at Citysearch, where he was responsible for exceeding a $30 million annual sales budget. Citysearch is an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI).
