Investors, foreign national second homes, out of town moves, move up homes and estates.
Describe your business a little prior to joining Z57.
No web based business at all- my website was buried and I got no traffic from my sad, sad site my broker offered.
What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?
Automation was a priority to me as well as website layout, visibility, market penetration and ability to capture and retain good, qualified leads to close.
How did Z57 help you to over come some of these challenges?
The best support ever! At first it was like having an entire marketing campaign dedicated to getting me up and running! Super, super service - a great sales rep got me set up and called me even after the sale to make sure I was happy and make sure all my needs were met. The support team has been excellent in working through all my questions. They are constantly showing me new ways to reach clients and putting a new idea in my court each time we talked. Each meeting, they were able to show me how to interpret the stats on my website and work on enhancing my market visibility.
Has Z57 made a difference in boosting your productivity, profits and performance? If so, how?
I had a website that got maybe 100 hits a month before I switched - I get almost 1,000 unique visitors a month now and I am up at the top of my search phrases! I have sold houses to people in other countries who have never met me! I am able to keep in touch with people through marketing drip campaigns, identify exactly where my other marketing dollars have made the most impact. TrafficPlus has been wonderful and I have made ten times the cost in commissions this year so far. Keeping up with those leads could be a full time source of sales!
Do you use any additional Z57 products?
Since I started with the Search Engine Optimzation, my traffic is up 400% on the website. TrafficPlus is fantastic. The InstaCompare has brought me sellers. Even just my website layout and design has gotten rave reviews from people looking.
Would you refer Z57 to colleagues/friends?
I do every day! Early on, I got several agents in my office hooked. There is so much potential in the site - I don't even scratch the surface of what it can do.
