Carol Simenson, in Real Estate partnership with her husband since 1993, turned to Z57® to improve her online presence. Z57: How did you want to grow your business?
Carol: Growing my business has happened in several stages. I had reached the middle stage where I was doing 30-40 transactions a year and staying there. The challenge that I am overcoming with help from Z57® is going to the next level: 50-100 transactions a year while still having a life. I am also very interested in using my website as a relocation information source and to generate leads that way.
Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?
Carol: To do exceptional service to repeat and referral clients - bringing in more new business each year; while balancing a full life.
When I have a listing, I needed somewhere to show them immediate information for listings, and then someway to capture their lead information. Also, instead of spending a lot of money on brochures, I wanted to refer them to my website instead, which sounded far cheaper and more effective.
I also wanted to make my 'DakotaCarol.com' website remembered, while promoting and helping potential clients to get to know my name.
Z57: What specific results have you experienced?
Carol: The website has not only given great exposure to my business name and to my listings- but has brought buyers to the website with growing leads on a daily basis. As a result of using Z57®, since January 2006 my DakotaCarol.com traffic has increased 2000%, generating a lead a day while becoming 1st page placement on Google & MSN for several keywords. The website has done such a good job that it has created another job opportunity for my virtual assistant, my current assistant, and my future licensed assistant.
Z57: What role did your Personal Marketing Coach play in your success?
Carol: My Personal Marketing Coach continues to be the key for helping to make the best use my website. The whole team at Z57® has provided great learning opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the site and the traffic. Currently the drip-marketing campaign they suggested has helped me respond effectively and instantly to prospects - while capturing the contacts in a manageable lead system.
Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges? Carol: Keep expanding and learning and using the website and make it part of your marketing plan - it's the cutting edge. It's only the beginning too - more and more people are researching homes online. And if you don't know how it all works, ask someone - and Z57® sure knows how.
