After Jaime relinquished her family business she became a Realtor and hasn't looked back since. Well known in her Huntsville community, Jaime has had tremendous success with Z57 service's in a relatively short period of time.

In her first 3 months she has closed 4 deals as a direct result of her Z57 services. Before she joined Z57 she had a very unproductive website - now she gets over 200 leads a month!

We asked Jaime to reveal how she achieved her great success:

Z57: How did you want to grow your business? Jamie: When Pamela Swentek called me to tell me about Z57 I was very skeptical and wasn't sure if I would get the Internet presence, the leads, and the income to support a website. Internet presence was very important to me. I knew at least my generation would research the Internet before looking in the phone book. I knew the Internet would be the way to build my business. I also wanted the exposure the Internet brings when competing with other Realtors for listings.

Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome? Jamie: I have a lot of family and friends. They are wonderful, I receive tons of referrals from them however, if I wanted to take my business to the next level I had to be a predominate figure on the internet. Also, the area that I target is overly populated by agents that have worked there FOREVER. Being so young in the market place a few years ago, I needed to find something to separate me from the others... my website was one of the items that did just that!

Z57: What specific results have you experienced? Jamie: I have been with Z57 since March. I started BuyerLink in April, within 2 months I had 3 transactions and 1 currently in the process. I am so busy I am considering hiring an assistant to help continue to follow up on the leads quickly. I now have over 200 people receiving homes via email from me on a daily basis and people listing with me because my website is so "known" in the area. My website traffic has probably increased 90%. I really wasn't doing much prior to using Z57, but that all changed as soon as I signed up!

Z57: What role did your Personal Marketing Coach play in your success? Jamie: Ryan Oakley has been wonderful. He has given me advice on how to raise my search engine exposure. More then anything just meeting with him for an hour has given me a required time to work on my website. He is honest. We have fun! He is encouraging. He shows me the progress that I am making so I make educated decisions in regards to the website. I think that the Personal Marketing Coach is essential to the success of the Z57 website.

Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges? Jamie: Lead with revenue. Try something such as the Internet for a period of 6mths to a year - you should certainly try Z57. If it doesn't return 100% of your investment then stop doing it. You will need to invest in the future of your business, right now they way to go is the Internet. Also, always treat everyone with respect, honesty, and ethically. As Realtors we need to over come the image of a dirty politician or a dirty car salesmen.
