"So much business, I need an assistant!"

John Boyance Real Estate Agent John Boyance's real estate company has become so busy that he needs to hire an assistant. Why? Because since John signed up with Z57 last year, he now needs help handling the increased amount of prospects he has been receiving from his Z57 website and tools.

After being in the army for 22 years, John wanted to be his own boss so decided to become a real estate agent. He certainly hasn't regretted this decision - in John's Clarksville, TN based office he has earned over $50,000 in commissions directly from using Z57 in the last year.

We asked John to reveal how he achieved his great success:

Z57: How did you want to grow your business? John: I was told I needed to find my own niche in order to make it in Real Estate. I observed others and decided I wanted to capture and grow the Internet business in my area. My most important goal, this year was to find a website that would rocket me towards my goal. I overheard one agent at a convention bragging on Z57. I looked into it and the one thing among so many others that sold me was the marketing coach idea. My Marketing Coach 'Guru' is Craig Vinecombe and he has guided me towards an incredible year!

Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?
John: I wanted to break away from the "Standard Business Mode". I hosted open houses, worked the phone with cold calls and drove clients around endlessly. I knew there had to be a better way rather than trying to generate enough leads to help offset door knocking, and other face-to-face options like selling door-to-door. I knew I needed a presence on the Internet.

Z57: What specific results have you experienced?
John: I have had clients and my fellow agents ask me how a first year Rookie Realtor was doing so well by himself. I tell them about Z57 and my website. I think I have sold as many Realtors to Z57 as Z57 has helped me to sell homes! Last month out of 216 agents in our agency I was number 26! Not bad considering I am on my own and it was my first year. My sales have been so strong this past year due to Z57 helping me get started.

With TrafficPlus - I have been using this traffic solution since July last year and continuously receive over 80 leads a month! My Visitor to lead conversion rate has been well over 24%. I just signed up for SEO and am bracing for even more leads. With TrafficPlus, Drip Mail and SEO there's no wonder I have other seasoned agents asking ME for advice!

Z57: What role did your Personal Marketing Coach play in your success?
John: Craig Vinecombe has coached me through my first year and has been an invaluable source of advice when trying to tweak my web page to make it more visible and sticky!

Craig was instrumental in making my website more efficient and responsive to me and my client's immediate needs. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone care about our business. Craig offered custom solutions to our business, and tailored his ideas to my specific market. He helped from the first day by educating me on my website and helping me with the layout. He has been there for me as a marketing coach as well as a friend.

I told him that I was a new agent with a VERY limited budget, so he helped me decide what would be the best way to attract leads. Craig has helped me accomplish goals in excess to what I expected. Last year my results were double than expected and so far this year I met my goal and may be on track to double this year's goal. Since I did so well with TrafficPlus I also signed up for Drip Mail and SEO.

Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges?
John: The best advice I can give is to remember "In order for you to be successful you must have a mindset that you are the CEO of your business not just a house seller". It is also essential to have a website - Z57 was less expensive and better by far than the one I set up for the team I previously worked with. Since I started, my coach and I have continuously tweaked my site. I learned that in order for a website to stay fresh and well visited, continuous changes and updates are needed.
