This month we are proud to see a San Diego local become client of the month - Elizabeth Bodenhafer! Elizabeth got into real estate at a young age when she interned for a real estate company in Maryland. When she relocated to San Diego with her husband, she decided it was the perfect time to get her real estate license. Soon after, Elizabeth turned to Z57 to help develop her online presence and she hasn't looked back since!

Elizabeth quickly understood the importance of having not only a good website, but also driving quality traffic to it and capturing leads. She now generates all of her sales as a result of her Z57 website and the BuyerLink traffic program or through referrals generated from the website. Great stuff Elizabeth!

We asked Elizabeth to reveal how she achieved her great success:

Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?

Elizabeth: Challenges in my business were producing leads without having to cold call and sit at open houses. I graduated with a degree in marketing and really wanted to utilize what I had learned. I had just launched my website and didn't have the funds to compete with all the large companies that had top search engine placement. San Diego is a very competitive market and I had to compete with those agents that have been in the business for a really long time. By having a strong Internet presence I can compete with some of those agents that are not up to speed with the importance of technology in the modern day.

Z57: What specific results have you experienced?

Elizabeth: I have had about 3,000 visitors to my website already this year and over 200 leads for the past year. People love my Z57 website and over 60% have book marked it! All of my closes this year have resulted from my website or referrals from my clients that I originally met through my website. Procuring clients through my website instead of having to cold call or sit at open houses helps me free up my time so I can follow up with my leads and give them the best possible service! I have also seen many clients that are relocating that I would not have met if I didn't have my website. So far in 2007 I have already had 3 sales as a result of Z57 and several more in the pipeline already.

Z57: What role did your Account Representative play in your success?

Elizabeth: My account manager Vicki Butler-Hagen has been awesome! She always makes me feel like her V.I.P. client by taking the time to give me 5-star service. When I wasn't seeing the results that I expected from my website last year she suggested I get BuyerLink and that was the best idea ever. Now I'm seeing great results! She has also helped me with getting the best possible IDX to provide the ultimate online experience for my clients.

Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges?

Elizabeth: Use Z57 to get a strong Internet presence. I think it is mandatory that you have a website to be a successful real estate agent these days. Utilize your Account Manager. They see what is working for other agents using Z57 so they will be able to make suggestions to your website that brings you more business!
