Paul Titterington Real Estate Agent - Real Estate Agent Website of the Month"Best Year in Real Estate Sales" After working for many years as an engineer, Paul Titterington longed to become independent and work for himself. He saw becoming a real estate agent the ideal fit. Paul, based in Downers Grove, IL, thought for years that he was doing the best he could as a Realtor. However, it wasn't until after he started using Z57's web services that he realized his true potential and how inefficient his old business methods had become. We asked Paul to reveal how he achieved his great success: Z57: How did you want to grow your business? Paul: I feel I am growing my business in a positive and smart manner. My goal is to interact with as many people understanding that there are different levels of their need to buy or sell real estate. I continue to look for ways to cater to all the different "temperatures" of people looking to sell or buy real estate. The Z57 website is only one way I can cater to these people. I am happy and confident to have such an excellent resource like this to use when I am with a seller, buyer or giving a seminar. Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome? Paul: I wanted to have a 24 hour presence that is user-friendly for all my clients or potential clients as well as for me. Another challenge I have overcome is having a website to offer during a listing presentation. I wanted the seller to be happy by seeing my website and able to read about me before our meeting. Z57: What specific results have you experienced?
Paul: I have experienced buyers and sellers that are more educated, comfortable and encouraged when buying or selling real estate. This makes my job so much easier because they are excited and less fearful about the experience. Also, the website has paid for itself through the sales I have made in such a short period of time. Z57: What role did your Personal Marketing Coach play in your success? Paul: Jordan Austin has done an excellent job because he is knowledgeable, easy to work with and available to answer questions. He is encouraging and gives me information that helps me save time by focusing on profitable marketing techniques. Most importantly, he understands the life of a Realtor and the importance of promptness and follow-through. Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges? Paul: I believe that my Z57 website has helped my career in several areas. My advice to all the other Realtors is to evaluate how you can use a website. I understand that I need to drive people to my website and I do that through word of mouth, marketing and face to face interaction. I was apprehensive about getting a website but have found it to be one of my best business decisions. Most importantly, it has helped me have my best year in real estate sales so far and the year is not over yet!
