Randy Bocook has been a Realtor in Richmond, Georgia, since 1998. Joining Z57 in 2005 has transformed his business. It has helped propel Randy to not only the million dollar status of 'ReMax' Hall of Fame, but has also enabled him to build his own real estate team.

He has gone from selling 10 houses a year in his first few years as a Realtor, to 100 houses in a year with Z57 last year. He is on track to sell 200 houses this year - truly outstanding!

We asked Randy to reveal how he achieved his great success:

Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?

Randy: I realized after being in the business for several years that I needed help; the market was changing and that technology was going to be the avenue for buying and selling homes.

Z57: What specific results have you experienced?

Randy: I have recommended many Realtors to Z57. I tell them that Z57 has your best interest in mind. Many Realtors are afraid of change. I say trust your Account Manager and if you are lucky enough to get Mike Bowen, than your life will be easier.

Z57: What role did your Account Manager play in your success?

Randy: Michael Bowen has been the best member of my team. He is the reason for the major increase in my business. He has put me on a path that has seen incredible results.

Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges?

Randy: Use all of the tools offered by Z57, and if you aren't a client of theirs, you need to become one. Once you have joined, have a phone conversation with your account manager and have him or her walk you through the complete package of services they offer. Don't just get the website and add your homes. Look into BuyerLink, Prospect Connector and create an email drip campaign. You will be glad you did!
