We asked Butch to reveal how he achieved his great success:

Z57: How long have you been in real estate?
Butch: I have been a Realtor for approximately 5 years.


Z57: What are your specialties/niche markets?
Butch: I am currently pursuing the CCIM designation and aspire to work more in the commercial arena. To this point, I really have not chosen a niche market.


Z57: Describe your business a little prior to joining Z57.
Butch: Prior to joining Z57, my business was sort of "Ho-Hum". I really think that I was a hardworking scavenger. I had a website. I marketed myself consistently in print, online, and special campaigns, etc. However, I felt that I was reactively managing my business. Business was just happening without me really knowing how to consistently reproduce the desired result.

Z57: What challenges existed in your business that you wanted to overcome?
Butch: I wanted to be consistently creating business results rather than allowing haphazardness and market forces to dictate the business I received.


Z57: How did Z57 help you to over come some of these challenges?
Butch: Z57 has helped me stay ahead of the business that I am seeking. When I made the decision to use Z57 two years ago, it was mainly driven by the need to know where business was coming from. The easy-to-understand website statistics were a tremendous selling point. The site that I had just didn't give me access to any of that information and subsequently I had not received one website lead in the prior two years. Also, the Z57 support staff has been extraordinary. Recently, Kimberly Smith took what was already satisfying to me and showed me how to make it exceptional. She continually stays in touch and offers genuine ideas to help me better-utilize the Z57 tools and improve my business.

Z57: How has Z57 impacted your productivity, profits and performance?
Butch: Since I have been with Z57, I have seen an insurmountable difference in leads. I used to receive 1 to 5 visitors per month and now I receive approximately 200 unique visitors and 3000 page views.
