Misty Michael become a real estate agent in 2005 and soon realized she needed to develop herself a presence on the internet so that potential home buyers and sellers could connect with her.

Misty joined Z57 in mid 2005, and by early 2006 she was having great success, particularly with the help of our BuyerLink traffic program and landing page, and also a customized homepage. 37% of Misty's transactions in 2006 came as a direct result of Z57 and these programs - truly outstanding results!

We asked Misty to reveal how she achieved her great success:

Z57: How did you want to grow your business?

Misty: I wanted to have a balanced client base consisting of buyers and sellers. I wanted my business to work for me, not me working for my business. With the Z57 website, programs and team I have put together, we are able to achieve a greater conversion rate from the internet leads we receive.

Z57: What were challenges existing in your business that you wanted to overcome?

Misty: The biggest challenge I have had was trying to create the web solutions I now currently use to generate, track and follow up with every potential client. My account manager Tommy Zoss has been a tremendous asset in this process. Once these web solutions were established the next obstacle was finding the right staff to implement and work with the results generated. My buyer's agents, Donna Ahrens and Delisea Schmidt share the same passion for this business and provide the same level of customer service that I myself would provide to each client.

Z57: What specific results have you experienced?

Misty: In 2005, my first full year in the real estate business, I managed to earn close to 250K in real estate commissions. It wasn't until 2006 that things really started to ramp up with Z57, and I far exceeded my previous year's commission. I now receive around 250 leads a month from your service, mainly as a direct result of using the BuyerLink program. Of my 2006 sales, Z57 was responsible for 37% of my closings - now that's an investment worth doing! To handle this extra work I have also developed a team that consists of 2 buyer's agent and office staff.

Z57: What role did your Account Manager play in your success?

Misty: Tommy Zoss was always there for me to brainstorm ideas and help me implement them. He thinks outside the box which has helped me with my level of success. I get numerous compliments on my website and I could not have put it all together without his expertise and guidance.

Z57: What advice can you give to other Realtors with similar goals or challenges?

Misty: Don't be impatient! Listen to those who have achieved success and benefit from their knowledge. When you find your niche in this business, stay the course and never quit learning. I would also really recommend using Z57's services - they created my website and generated many visitors to it, and as a result have brought considerable money to my bottom line.
