Z57 has been an incredible company to work for. I love Z57 for its unique company culture. When you walk through the hallways there is this distinct positive energy from all your co-workers that gives you a sense of belonging. Another unique thing about Z57 is the open communication that we foster. I can talk to my managers about anything and they appreciate it when I have suggestions and ways to improve my position and the company. Because Z57 is such a growing company the opportunity for advancement and growth from within is definitely always there.

Because it's such a fun environment it really makes the days go by fast and before you know it, it's time to go home. We spend the majority of our lives at work - I would rather be productive in a relaxed, fun environment then counting down the minutes until I have to leave. I enjoy coming to work every day!

Some people dread coming to work, but at Z57 I look forward to it. I'm not constantly watching the time. The day flies by and before I know it I'm laughing my way out the door. Work doesn't feel like work, but I know I am constantly learning and growing in my field.

I feel appreciated with our recognition system and important because there is always someone "high 5-ing" me and there is always someone available if I need help. Everyone here has a similar attitude to work hard, play hard. Anyone who notices a teammate feeling down helps turn their mood around! We have awesome parties/events and everyone is fun. There is such a good sense of community and team work.

I have been with Z57 since June 2005. I have enjoyed every day I have been here and look forward to many more. Since I've been with Z57, I have been able to buy a house, pay cash for a car, and enjoy a life to which I was never accustomed. Since day one, I've always had a lot of support from everyone in the company. That support helped me achieve the level of success that I never expected. I started of as an Internet Marketing Consultant. I was then involved in creating a new position called the Sales Coach. As of eight months ago, I am now a Sales Manager. Z57's growth truly provides great opportunities for our employees. I owe Z57 a lot for helping me exceed my career expectations.

In the short time I've been with Z57, it's clear to me why this place has won and continues to receive numerous awards and recognitions as a great place to work.
