Ryan Whitlock, CEO

Ryan joined Z57 in 2004 after 20 successful years of business and financial management in the technology field. Ryan served as COO until 2012 where he was responsible for all aspects of business management, product and technology development, and the financial functions. Ryan has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Z57 through sound financial management and profitable business development.   Ryan insists on fiscal responsibility and he is a huge reason that we have been able to not only grow tremendously over the past several years, but to do so profitably. We need to be careful with Ryan because if you tell him you’ll have something done in two weeks his first question will be “How about next week?”.

Cynthia Sener, Vice President, Product Marketing

Cynthia Sener joined the team in 2011 and is responsible for developing new products and tools to help our clients become successful in today’s modern marketing world. Cynthia has more than fifteen years experience leading online marketing initiatives in the Real Estate, Mortgage and Construction Industries. She served as VP of Marketing for leading brands such as Solatube International, Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, and DataQuick Information Services. She also helped launch two start-up companies and ran her own business. All her experience makes Cynthia a highly qualified product strategist as she knows first-hand what it takes to make a small business successful online.

Cynthia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from University of California, San Diego and a MBA from University of California, Irvine. She is a native Californian and loves anything water related, such as sailing, scuba diving and whale watching. Most importantly, she’s the mother of two of the cutest kids you’ve ever seen. Admittedly… she may be just a bit biased.

Steve Capezza, Director of Sales

Steve Capezza joined Z57 in late 2002 after graduating Occidental College and completing an internship with a local San Diego law firm. As Director of Sales, Steve’s main objective is to drive revenues while developing individuals and teams to achieve or exceed Z57′s goals within budget parameters. His experience with Z57 includes being an Internet Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Senior Sales Manager and Director of Client Development. He is well versed in all aspects of Internet marketing for the Real Estate professional and Z57.

Steve’s academic background includes the study of Sociology, Chinese, Law, and, of course, surfing in San Diego. He has experience in the cellular industry and his #1 topic of discussion is the fabled New York Yankees. When asked what his primary goal is, Steve responds, “When I’m finished, the LAST THING a Realtor will do before retiring from the business of Real Estate is retire their services from Z57″.

Galen Baggs, Director of Finance

Galen joined the Z57 team in 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of financial functions in the company. Galen earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his MBA from the University of San Diego. He brings a diverse portfolio of experience to the table, including work in the telecommunications industry, the construction industry, and the technology sector.

Galen attributes his unrelenting commitment to teamwork and never-ending improvement to his love of college basketball. Each March, Galen combines his love for finance and college basketball, “working off-site” in Las Vegas for several days.

Steve Weber, Founder

Steve founded Z57 in 1998 with a dream to build a world class company. Steve’s vision has become reality, as Z57 has consistently been ranked one of the fastest growing companies in San Diego and also made the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list 2 years in a row. His primary focus has been and remains “to build a great company and to create opportunities for our people.”   Weber’s business background spans several industries and over 25 years. Steve is the driving force and the spirit of Z57. His constant example of high energy and positive thinking keep everyone at Z57 inspired and motivated, and he makes sure we all have fun too!
