Our Leadership Team

Ryan Whitlock

Ryan joined Z57 in 2004 after 20 successful years of business and financial management in the technology field. Ryan served as COO until 2012 where he was responsible for all aspects of business management, product and technology development and financial functions. Ryan has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Z57 through sound financial management and profitable business development.

Ryan's focus on fiscal responsibility has allowed Z57 to be able to not only grow tremendously over the past several years, but to do so profitably. We need to be careful with Ryan because if you tell him you'll have something done in two weeks his first question will be "How about next week?"

Jelena Arnold

Senior Client Operations Manager

Jelena Arnold joined the team in 2008 and is responsible for managing operations and overseeing our client development department. Prior to becoming a Senior Manager, Jelena served as our Customer Service Manager and subsequently held the role of Operations Manager. Jelena's ability to simplify complex processes and spearhead initiatives to improve our client's experience with our team make her an ideal leader.

Outside of the office, Jelena enjoys spending time with friends and family. She's especially smitten with Adeline - her beautiful baby girl.
